Vista Hill provides outpatient therapy, psychiatric services, and behavioral health support for individuals of all ages dealing with depression, anxiety, psychosis, trauma, and more. Our licensed clinicians deliver evidence-based care in a supportive, stigma-free environment.

Mental health challenges don’t discriminate β€” they affect people of every age, background, and circumstance. Vista Hill’s mental and behavioral health services exist to ensure that every person in San Diego County can access quality care, regardless of their ability to pay.

Our team of licensed therapists, psychiatrists, and peer support specialists work collaboratively to develop individualized treatment plans that address each person’s unique needs and goals. We use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing.

For individuals who need more support than weekly therapy but don’t require inpatient hospitalization, our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) provide structured, daily programming to support recovery and stability.
